Who We Are

Women In Mortgages UK was founded in 2023 by Kate Fuller. She started in the mortgage industry in 2005 and felt that although the industry had grown over the years to be more inclusive, there was still work to do.

Kate felt that there wasn't a place for women to easily support other women in the industry and she wanted to create a space for this, which started as a Facebook group. 

Never being one to do things slowly, Kate also decided to set up this website to give women in mortgages access to a multitude of resources to help them both professionally and personally. 

We cheer each other on, we meet up at events and we are there when others need help with anything from placing mortgages for clients, to what dress to wear to an even, and so much more!
